Pecan Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter (240 ml)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (120 ml)
- 1 cup chopped pecans (240 ml)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (480 ml)
- 2 tbsp vanilla (30 ml)
Directions:

Mix butter, pecans, flour and vanilla. Refrigerate for 3 hours.

Roll into balls.

Bake at 325°F (180°C) for 25 minutes.

Roll in powdered sugar when warm.
